Preferred Hotels & Resorts has expanded its international portfolio with 20 new member properties added between January 1 and March 31, 2026, strengthening its presence across Europe, Asia, Africa and the Americas.
The latest additions include luxury resorts, wellness retreats, urban hotels and nature-focused lodges located in destinations such as Bali, Zanzibar, France, Austria and Brazil.
Bali Villas And French Heritage Hotel Join Portfolio
Among the newly added properties is Ametis Villa Bali in Canggu, Indonesia, an all-villa resort featuring 14 private villas with gardens and swimming pools alongside wellness experiences and dining facilities.
In France, Boscolo Hotel Lyon and Spa joins the collection in the city’s Presqu’île district. The hotel occupies a restored 19th-century building dating back to the 1890s and includes 132 rooms, a spa, restaurant and bar.
Wellness And Nature Resorts Feature Prominently
Several of the new properties focus heavily on wellness and outdoor experiences.
ENVI Paje in Zanzibar is expected to open in June 2026 with 22 beachfront villas on Paje Beach, combining wellness programming with environmentally focused operations.
In Austria, Loewen Hotel Montafon in Schruns offers 102 rooms with year-round mountain activities, indoor and outdoor pools and an extensive spa area.
Brazil’s NANNAI Muro Alto in Porto de Galinhas adds 137 apartments, villas and bungalows to the network, alongside restaurants and leisure facilities.
In the United States, Tumbling River Ranch in Colorado spans more than 9 hectares and features 21 cabins surrounded by outdoor recreation opportunities.
Expansion Includes Europe, Africa And The Americas
Additional properties joining Preferred Hotels & Resorts during the first quarter include Allegretto Vineyard Resort in Paso Robles, Gran Hotel Claridge Granada in Spain, Grand Hôtel Soleil d’Or in Megève and Hotel Peralada in Spain.
The expansion also includes Last Word Makanyane in South Africa, Lion in the Sun Boutique Hotel & Spa in Kenya, Lucero Residences Golf & Wellness Resort in Panama and Mongibello Ibiza in Spain.
Other additions include NANNAI Noronha in Brazil, Romègas Hotel in Malta, The Muse New York, The Tides Inn in Virginia, Villa La Valencia Beach Resort & Spa Los Cabos in Mexico and Vinarosa Resort & Spa in California.
Several of the newly announced properties are scheduled to officially open later in 2026.
I Prefer Rewards Programme Continues To Grow
Many of the new hotels participate in the I Prefer Hotel Rewards programme, Preferred Hotels & Resorts’ global loyalty platform.
The programme has more than six million members worldwide and allows travellers to earn and redeem points for hotel stays, upgrades and other travel-related benefits across participating properties.
