TIS – Tourism Innovation Summit and the Instituto Tecnológico Hotelero (ITH) have signed a collaboration agreement to host the PacTS4ALL (Pact for Tourism Skills Forward Alliance) International Conference within the framework of TIS2025. The event will take place from October 22 to 24 at FIBES in Seville.
ITH plays a central role in the European PacTS4ALL consortium, ensuring that project outcomes are translated into practical, scalable solutions for the tourism sector. This strengthens the upskilling and reskilling capacity of Spanish professionals while facilitating the transfer of best practices across the European tourism ecosystem.
Through this partnership, TIS2025 reinforces its position as a benchmark platform for professionals and executives seeking to enhance the competitiveness of their businesses and destinations, promoting an innovative, inclusive, and talent-focused tourism ecosystem.
PacTS4ALL is part of the European Commission’s Pact for Skills for Tourism initiative, which brings together a transnational network of organizations committed to improving workforce skills in the sector. The project fosters a unified European approach to tourism training through local best-practice exchanges, promotion of National or Regional Skills Partnerships (NRSPs), and the organization of events, networking opportunities, and stakeholder collaboration.
Álvaro Carrillo de Albornoz, Managing Director at ITH, emphasized the significance of the collaboration: “This agreement highlights Spanish best practices and success stories as benchmarks, encouraging their adoption across the European training and tourism ecosystem. Hosting the PacTS4ALL International Conference at TIS offers a unique space for knowledge exchange, synergy creation, and alliances that increase competitiveness and talent mobility in European tourism.”

The PacTS4ALL International Conference will give the more than 8,000 professionals attending TIS2025 an integrated view of tourism training initiatives, workforce challenges, and solutions in skills development. It will highlight Spanish success stories in artificial intelligence, sustainability, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and talent development through technology, fostering knowledge sharing, networking, and public-private collaboration aligned with the Pact for Skills for Tourism.
