Aman Group Unveils Janu Turks and Caicos, Its First Lifestyle Property in the Americas

On the wild and windswept northwest coast of Providenciales, within an 18,000-acre nature reserve bordering the pristine waters of Northwest Point Marine National Park, a new chapter in Caribbean luxury is unfolding. Aman Group has revealed plans for Janu Turks and Caicos, the first property in the Americas under its lifestyle-focused Janu brand.

Currently under construction, the project will pair a beachfront hotel with a select number of branded residences, all designed to merge seamlessly into the island’s untouched landscape. The vision, according to Aman Group, is “for a new era of restorative travel,” inviting guests to immerse themselves in the natural beauty of the Turks and Caicos archipelago while embracing Janu’s emphasis on meaningful connection and curated experiences.

“Turks and Caicos is an unrivalled destination in the Caribbean and as part of our strategic vision for Janu, it will be the first home for the brand in the Americas,” said Vlad Doronin, chairman and CEO of Aman Group. “A location that perfectly embodies Janu’s commitment to creating dynamic lifestyle experiences and fostering genuine connection… a place to immerse in the vibrant energy of the destination while enjoying Janu’s visionary luxury hospitality which redefines purposeful travel.”

When it opens, Janu Turks and Caicos will feature a collection of culinary concepts, a beach club, and a 164-foot swimming pool. Wellness will be at the forefront, with a Spa and Wellness Centre offering an IV Lounge, Meditation Studio, and Apothecary Bar. Residences will be designed for indoor-outdoor living, many set directly on the beach and framed by lush jungle vegetation.

The name “Janu,” meaning soul in Sanskrit, reflects the brand’s focus on shared experiences, wellness programming, and spaces that encourage interaction. Turks and Caicos joins an expanding portfolio that includes Janu Tokyo and forthcoming destinations such as Janu Dubai, Janu Diriyah, and Janu AlUla.

More details about Janu Turks and Caicos, including opening timelines, are expected in the months ahead — but one thing is certain: this will be a new kind of Caribbean escape, where luxury meets the soul of the islands.
