A new Four Seasons Private Residences development is under construction in the Golden Oak community at Walt Disney World Resort, featuring 31 units in a mid-rise tower and nine boutique homes. Sales are expected to begin in late 2024, with Golden Oak Realty as the exclusive agent.

The boutique homes, designed in French Moderne style, will include four floorplans with outdoor living spaces, covered patios, pools, and outdoor kitchens. These homes will also have access to the tower’s amenities.
