Vogue Launches First Global Spa Guide Featuring 100 Premier Spas Worldwide

Vogue has introduced a comprehensive Global Spa Guide, spotlighting 100 of the world’s leading spas. This guide showcases a variety of locations ranging from urban sanctuaries and medical wellness clinics to remote wellness resorts and mountain retreats, emphasizing the diversity and richness of spa experiences available globally.

Each spa in the guide is accompanied by detailed reviews and recommendations, highlighting their unique features, facilities, sustainability credentials, and standout treatments, illustrating why each spa has earned its place in this prestigious compendium.

The Vogue Global Spa Guide is divided into five categories:

  • North America: The largest category, featuring notable spas such as Golden Door in San Marcos, California, and Oasis Spa at Four Seasons Resort in Los Cabos, Mexico.
  • Europe: Highlighted by Eynsham Baths at Estelle Manor in the Cotswolds, UK, and SHA Wellness Clinic in Alicante, Spain.
  • Asia: Including Joali Being in the Maldives and Six Senses Vana in Uttarakhand, India.
  • South America: The smallest category, featuring only Asaya at Rosewood Sao Paolo in Brazil.
  • Africa and the Middle East: Featuring properties such as The Spa Royal Mansour Casablanca in Morocco and the Natural Wellness Center at Kisawa Sanctuary on Benguerra Island in Mozambique.

Curated by Vogue editors Chloe Schama, Jessica Diner, and Florence O’Connor, the Global Spa Guide is set to be updated annually.

“There is a lot out there in the world of wellness and we’ve sorted the cryo from the cold plunge, the infrared treatment from the IV infusion,” the authors explain. “Creating this guide has taken us to some very interesting places and raised some questions that aren’t just about buffing your skin or toning your muscles, but what makes us truly feel our best. There is no wrong way to relax.”
