Cambodia Lifts PCR-Test and Rapid Test Requirements

From March 17, 2022, Cambodia has lifted two conditions for foreign travelers who are fully vaccinated to enter the country:
Waiving the requirement of a negative 72-hour certificate of COVID-19 RT-PCR Test result before arrival in Cambodia.
Waiving the requirement of Antigen Rapid Test upon arrival in the country.
However, passengers must present a COVID-19 vaccination card recognized by their respective health authorities upon arrival.

Despite the easing of requirements, travelers are encouraged to self-test.

In addition, Cambodia has allowed the re-issuance of Visa on Arrival for all international travelers, by air, land, and sea.

From 15 March 2022, Vietnam has fully reopened its borders to international tourism with no quarantine requirements.
