Cambodia Launches Residence by Investment Scheme

Cambodia’s Interior Ministry announces a new residence by investment scheme – The Cambodia My 2nd Home (CM2H).

The minimum investment in real estate for a “golden visa” is $100,000, a passport is possible after 5 years, and the application is considered in 14 working days.

Cambodia is good to do business related to handicrafts or gems. Or just sit back and earn remote income. And climatically and naturally Cambodia is no worse than Thailand.

The CM2H program is open to all countries recognized by Cambodia with a certain investment and financial requirements. Successful applicants do not have any entry or exit restrictions in Cambodia.
