The Hotel’s two three-Michelin starred institutions, Caprice and Lung King Heen, set the stage for a decadent festive celebration.
On Christmas Eve, Caprice highlights include Brittany Scallop with Oscietra Caviar from Maison Petrossian, Cauliflower Variation; Foie Gras Terrine, Black Truffle and Artichoke. The eight-course menu is priced at HKD 4,388 per person, subject to 10 percent service charge. Guillaume Galliot, Chef de Duisine at Caprice promises a culinary spectacle that will equally satiate the eyes and taste buds.
For families who enjoy a classic setting with Cantonese favourites, Lung King Heen offers an extensive nine-course menu on Christmas Day boasting signature flavours, including: Baked Sea Whelk stuffed with Diced Chicken in Coconut Curry Sauce; Wok-fried Superior Australian Wagyu Beef with Black Truffle and Fresh Lily Bulbs. The menu is priced at HKD 1,888 per person, subject to 10 percent service charge.
Meanwhile, The Lounge hosts the festive cheer on New Year’s Eve with an eight-course experience highlighted with Tsarskaya Oyster, Blue Lobster Ravioli and Grilled Japanese Beef Tenderloin, priced at HKD 2,888 per person, subject to 10 percent service charge.
