LST has started a 3-year partnership with Etihad Airways, adding the UAE national carrier to its customer base. The agreement began on 10 June 2026 and covers full line maintenance for Airbus A321-251LR aircraft operating to Krakow-Balice International Airport.
The deal gives Etihad access to technical support for the long-range Airbus jets used on routes into southern Poland. It also extends LST’s work with international airlines and strengthens the company’s position in aircraft maintenance services at one of Poland’s busiest airports.
Etihad Airways has joined LST’s portfolio of clients as the company expands its airline support business. LST did not give financial terms for the agreement, but said the arrangement is a comprehensive line maintenance contract for the aircraft type.
The Airbus A321-251LR is the long-range version of the A321neo family and is used by airlines on medium-haul and longer regional routes. By securing maintenance support for this aircraft type, LST adds another international operator to its list of airline customers.
The partnership comes as airlines continue to rely on external maintenance providers for routine technical work at destination airports. For carriers, local support can help reduce delays, limit ferry flights and keep aircraft in service for longer periods.
For LST, the contract marks a further step in building relationships with global airlines operating into Krakow. The company said the new customer reflects the growing importance of the airport as a point of operation for foreign carriers.
Etihad Airways, based in the United Arab Emirates, is among the Middle East’s best-known airlines and operates an international network from Abu Dhabi. Its arrival on LST’s client list underlines the airport services group’s growing international reach.
The agreement is set to run for 3 years from its start date. No further details were disclosed about the number of aircraft covered or the scope of day-to-day maintenance tasks.
