Condor has launched a new route between Budapest and Frankfurt, introducing three daily flights on one of Europe’s key business and leisure corridors.

The service is operated using Airbus A319 and A320 aircraft, offering increased flexibility and connectivity for both regional and long-haul travellers.

Expanded Global Connections Via Frankfurt

The new route enhances access to Condor’s wider international network, with passengers able to connect to long-haul destinations with layover times often under two hours.

From Frankfurt, travellers can reach destinations across North America, including San Francisco, Seattle and New York, as well as Caribbean locations such as Cancún and Punta Cana.

The network also extends to Africa via Johannesburg and to Asia with routes reaching as far as Bangkok.

Improved European Connectivity

In addition to long-haul links, the route strengthens connections within Europe, providing easier access to cities such as Berlin, Hamburg and Paris.

The increased frequency is expected to improve travel options for both business and leisure passengers, particularly on routes that were previously less well served.

Officials at Budapest Airport have highlighted the importance of the new service in strengthening ties between Hungary and Germany.

The route is expected to support tourism growth and business travel between the two countries, while reinforcing Budapest’s position as a key Central European aviation hub.
