After an anxious wait for dozens of passengers, the delayed baggage from Turkish Airlines flight TK 3168, which departed Antalya at 22:38 on August 11, 2025, and landed in Moscow’s Vnukovo Airport at 02:44 on August 12, has finally arrived — in full.
Vnukovo Airport announced that all luggage from the flight is now available for pickup. Passengers who did not receive their baggage upon arrival can head directly to the airport’s unclaimed baggage room for international arrivals, open 24/7, to collect it.
For collection, travelers must bring:
Passport
Boarding pass
Baggage tag
Those who arranged delivery to their accommodation or another airport will receive their luggage soon, but can choose to collect it personally if they want to speed up the process.
This is not the first time Turkish Airlines has faced delays in baggage delivery to Russia. On August 1, Deputy Transport Minister Vladimir Poteshkin stated that the Russian Transport Ministry does not plan to restrict the airline’s flights or impose tougher measures. In early July, Rosaviatsiya confirmed ongoing talks with the carrier to address baggage handling in Russia.
