Emirates Skywards has expanded its loyalty programme with the launch of Skywards Rail, enabling members to redeem Skywards Miles for rail travel to more than 12,000 destinations across Europe.
The new platform allows members to book tickets with more than 40 rail operators in 12 European countries, providing a seamless way to extend journeys beyond the airport using Skywards Miles.
Available through the dedicated booking platform, Skywards Rail enables customers to search schedules, compare ticket options and book journeys online or via mobile devices in five languages.
Flexible Redemption Options
Members can pay entirely with Skywards Miles or combine Cash + Miles when purchasing tickets. Rail journeys can also be booked for family members and friends, with e-tickets delivered directly by email.
The service is designed to complement Emirates and flydubai flights, making it easier for travellers to continue their journeys by rail or explore multiple European destinations using a single loyalty programme.

Skywards Rail provides access to domestic, international and high-speed rail services operated by some of Europe’s largest railway companies, including:

- Heathrow Express from 4,700 Skywards Miles
- Berlin to Frankfurt from 4,100 Miles
- Barcelona to Madrid from 5,400 Miles
- Rome to Milan from 8,100 Miles
- London to Paris from 9,400 Miles

The launch of Skywards Rail marks another expansion of Emirates Skywards as it continues to evolve into a broader lifestyle loyalty programme.
Since its launch in 2000, Emirates Skywards has grown to more than 39 million members across 190 countries. The programme now attracts more than 78,000 new members every week, reflecting its continued global growth as it celebrates its 25th anniversary.
