The Ritz-Carlton Partners with MERIT Beauty for Luxury Guest Experiences

The Ritz-Carlton has unveiled an exclusive partnership with MERIT Beauty, introducing a range of curated guest experiences that blend luxury hospitality with minimalist beauty. Launching on 14 July, the collaboration marks MERIT Beauty’s first partnership with a global hotel brand.

The initiative will be available for a limited time at selected Ritz-Carlton properties across North America, including Toronto, Santa Barbara, Dallas, Washington, D.C., Naples, Los Angeles and New York NoMad.

Luxury Beauty Experiences Throughout the Stay

The collaboration includes a series of exclusive experiences designed to accompany guests throughout their stay. At participating hotels, Club Level guests will discover co-branded beauty carts within The Ritz-Carlton Club® Lounge, offering complimentary MERIT products such as the Great Skin Serum, Great Skin Double Cleanse, Clean Volume Mascara and Flush Balm.

Selected locations will also host MERIT beauty educators, providing personalised consultations and product recommendations for guests.

In-Room Beauty Services

Guests will also be able to order curated MERIT beauty bundles through in-room dining. Each collection features a selection of the brand’s signature products presented in a custom-designed pouch, allowing guests to prepare for their day or evening without leaving their room.

The experience extends to evening turndown service with co-branded amenities including chocolates and skincare samples. Participating hotels will also serve a bespoke “Minimalist Martini,” paired with a sample of MERIT’s Retrospect fragrance.

Limited-Edition Travel Kit

As part of the collaboration, The Ritz-Carlton and MERIT Beauty have created a limited-edition travel kit available both in participating hotels and through MERIT’s online store.

The exclusive kit includes the Great Skin Serum, Great Skin Double Cleanse, Clean Volume Mascara and the bestselling Flush Balm in the shade Postmodern, presented in a custom co-branded travel pouch with an exclusive keychain.

Shared Approach to Modern Luxury

The partnership reflects both brands’ emphasis on thoughtful design, simplicity and personalised experiences. The Ritz-Carlton said the collaboration builds on its tradition of anticipatory service, while MERIT Beauty brings its minimalist approach to everyday luxury into the hospitality space for the first time.

The launch also expands The Ritz-Carlton’s growing portfolio of lifestyle partnerships, giving guests new opportunities to discover premium products through immersive experiences that continue beyond their hotel stay.
