Flights Operated Using Embraer E195-E2 Aircraft

Porter Airlines will operate the route using Embraer E195-E2 aircraft featuring the airline’s premium economy-focused onboard product.

The aircraft configuration does not include middle seats and offers complimentary snacks, beer and wine served in glassware, free high-speed Wi-Fi and in-seat power outlets.

Austin Expands International Connectivity

Austin-Bergstrom International Airport said the new route represents another important step in expanding the airport’s international network.

Airport chief executive officer Ghizlane Badawi said additional international services help strengthen Austin’s position as a growing global destination and support the local economy.

The route gives Central Texas travelers direct access to Toronto, Canada’s largest city and one of North America’s leading business and cultural centres.

Tourist attractions include the CN Tower, Lake Ontario waterfront districts and nearby destinations such as Niagara Falls.
