Pullman Hotels & Resorts is stepping into a new era, unveiling a global repositioning that places interaction, exchange and cultural engagement at the core of its identity. The shift builds on Pullman xChange, a worldwide platform launched to bring together creators, thinkers and innovators under one roof, turning hotels into dynamic environments rather than traditional stays.
The transformation arrives shortly after news of a change in ownership for Pullman Paris Montparnasse, one of the brand’s flagship properties. As Pullman redefines its vision, the emphasis is on creating hotels that adapt to how modern travellers live, work and connect.
A central design symbol in this evolution is the Pullman Arch, a sculptural entrance inspired by the brand’s heritage in railway travel. Each hotel will interpret the Arch in its own way, making it both a universal signature and a localized design statement. The first examples have appeared at Pullman Dubai Jumeirah Lake Towers and will continue to roll out at new openings such as Pullman Perth Airport and Pullman Hamilton as renovation plans advance.
Architecture is being rethought with flexibility in mind. Meeting rooms that once served single purposes are evolving into adaptable venues that can shift from corporate conferences to creative studios or cultural events. The goal is to ensure every space feels active and responsive, reflecting the rhythms of modern travel and hybrid work.
Food and beverage concepts are also being reimagined. From 2026, Pullman hotels will introduce Unexpected Pairings, an interactive bar ritual where guests discover food-and-cocktail combinations through a playful card game. The approach strengthens bars and restaurants as social anchors, inviting guests into shared experiences rather than routine dining.
Central to the repositioning is a renewed focus on human connection. For the past 18 months, Pullman has been implementing a training program centered on emotional intelligence and empathy. Sixty percent of its 20,000 team members have already completed the program, with full adoption expected by 2026. The intention is to elevate service through more meaningful interactions that adapt to diverse cultural expectations.
Pullman xChange serves as the brand’s cultural engine. Its first global edition took place in Dubai in November 2025, turning a Pullman property into a gathering place for artists, business leaders and technologists exploring new ideas. Developed with House of Beautiful Business, the partnership will span three years, with upcoming editions planned across Europe, Asia and South America.
As the brand focuses on dialogue and design-driven experiences, its global footprint continues to grow. With more than 150 hotels in over 40 countries and more than 70 projects in the pipeline, Pullman’s next openings include Pullman Royal Key Wellness Resort in Guadeloupe, Pullman Kolašin Breza in Montenegro, and the first Pullman Living residences in Armenia. Each new property reflects a move toward more experiential and culturally attuned hospitality.
Pullman’s repositioning signals a decisive shift: hotels that are not only places to stay, but places to engage, create and exchange ideas.
