Bodrum Cruise Port has wrapped up a remarkable 2025 season, setting new records with 116 cruise calls and 138,149 passengers visiting the Turkish Riviera destination.
The port, known for its striking mix of heritage and glamour, saw a diverse lineup of vessels throughout the year. Among the highlights were Aroya Cruises’ overnight calls, alongside visits from Virgin Voyages’ Resilient Lady and Marella Cruises’ Marella Discovery 2, all adding to Bodrum’s growing reputation as one of the Eastern Mediterranean’s most dynamic cruise hubs.
The luxury sector was especially vibrant, with calls from The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection’s Evrima, Ilma, and Luminara, as well as Silversea’s Silver Muse and Silver Whisper. Their presence underscored Bodrum’s increasing appeal to high-end travelers seeking boutique experiences that blend coastal charm with cultural depth.
Beyond tourism figures, Bodrum Cruise Port’s commitment to sustainability stood out this year. The port concluded its 2025 social responsibility initiative, “One Day. One Ship. One Future.”, created in partnership with Marella Cruises. The year-long programme brought local high school students to the port for immersive educational days featuring ship tours, beach clean-ups, and maritime career exploration.
Supported by Bodrum Sea Rescue, the project not only raised awareness about marine conservation but also positioned the port as a finalist for “Sustainability Project of the Year” at the 2025 Seatrade Cruise Awards – a recognition of its growing leadership in sustainable port management.
With record passenger numbers, expanded partnerships, and a strong environmental vision, Bodrum Cruise Port has firmly anchored itself as a rising star of the Eastern Mediterranean cruise scene – where responsible tourism and record growth now sail side by side.
