Meeting and event planners will soon be able to book Hyatt hotels instantly thanks to a new partnership between Groups360 and Hyatt Hotels Corporation. The collaboration will integrate Hyatt properties into GroupSync Marketplace, offering real-time access to room rates, meeting space availability, and instant online booking capabilities.
Set to launch in early 2026, the integration will allow planners to search, filter, and book Hyatt properties worldwide in a single transaction — streamlining what has traditionally been a time-consuming process.
“By offering instant group booking through GroupSync, we will equip planners with the insight and flexibility they need to tailor the ideal stay experience for each group,” said Steve Enselein, Senior Vice President of Events at Hyatt.
Through the GroupSync platform, planners will also be able to arrange food and beverage services, audiovisual equipment, and other event logistics during the booking process. For larger or more complex gatherings, organizers will still be able to submit requests for proposals (RFPs) through the existing system.

Once Hyatt’s properties go live, GroupSync Marketplace will offer instant group booking options across 32,000 cities, including major destinations for corporate meetings and events.
