IHG to Launch Crowne Plaza Paris Just 10 Minutes from Disneyland Paris

IHG Hotels & Resorts (IHG) has signed an agreement to bring Crowne Plaza Paris – Marne-la-Vallée to life in partnership with Danish real estate firm Proark. The 250-room property, located in Magny-le-Hongre, is expected to be fully converted and operational in the second half of 2026, just 10 minutes from Disneyland Paris, one of Europe’s top leisure destinations.

The hotel will feature both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a wellness area, two restaurants, a bar, and social spaces designed for relaxation and connection. In addition, it will offer extensive meeting and event facilities, including a versatile ballroom suitable for conferences, weddings, and corporate gatherings.

Magny-le-Hongre is known for its picturesque landscapes and cultural heritage, offering visitors scenic walks along the Grand Morin hills and landmarks like the 11th-century church of Sainte-Geneviève. Families will benefit from the hotel’s proximity to Disneyland Paris, making it an ideal base for leisure travel.

The brand’s recent refresh includes a new visual identity and enhanced guest programs to cater to blended travel needs.

This signing strengthens IHG’s presence in France, joining a portfolio of 70 open hotels and 10 additional properties in development, including the debut of IHG’s Vignette Collection in Théoule-sur-Mer.
