Dubai is set to welcome Ciel Dubai Marina, Vignette Collection by IHG, in November 2025, marking the opening of the world’s tallest hotel. The 82-story tower will reach a height of 377 meters and feature the highest infinity pool on the planet on its 76th floor. The hotel will house 1,004 rooms and suites, with The First Group Hospitality managing the ambitious project.
Location and Architecture
The hotel is conveniently located just minutes from Palm Jumeirah, the JBR waterfront, and the Bluewaters Island entertainment area, home to the Ain Dubai observation wheel. Guests will also have direct access to the Dubai Marina promenade, water taxis, and Dubai Marina Mall.
Designed by Canadian architecture firm Norr, the building features a unique “needle-ear” shape. All guest rooms have panoramic windows offering views of the Persian Gulf, Palm Jumeirah, and the Dubai city skyline.
Dining and Entertainment
Ciel Dubai Marina will offer eight restaurants and bars, including:
West 13 – Mediterranean cuisine
East 14 – Asian buffet
Risen – café and bakery
Tattu – multi-level restaurant and lounge with pool, serving modern Chinese and Japanese cuisine
A Sky Lounge & Terrace on the 81st floor will offer sweeping city views, while guests in Executive Club and Suite rooms can enjoy the Nest Lounge on the 16th floor.
Wellness and Fitness
The spa center on the 61st floor will combine advanced wellness treatments with traditional relaxation techniques. A 24-hour fitness center with panoramic views and state-of-the-art equipment will also be available.
Guests will enjoy complimentary transfer to Soluna Beach Club on Palm Jumeirah, just 15 minutes away.
Business Facilities
Ciel Dubai Marina will also feature spacious conference halls and meeting venues, making it ideal for business events and corporate gatherings.
