Air Charter Service Expands into Italy with New Milan Office

Air Charter Service (ACS) has officially opened its first office in Italy, marking a significant expansion into one of Europe’s key aviation markets. The Milan-based office, which became operational on February 3rd, is ACS’s 35th global location and aims to enhance its service to Italian clients while strengthening relationships with local airlines.

Why Milan?

Italy has long been an important market for ACS, with the company serving Italian clients through its other European offices for years. Now, with a dedicated presence in Milan, the company is looking to offer more personalized service and greater operational efficiency.

“We have been looking to have an office here in Italy for a number of years, and feel that now is the right time for this investment,” said Andy Summers, ACS’s Regional Director for Europe. “We want to focus on our service to Italian customers and further cement our relationships with local airlines.”

Experienced Leadership

The new Milan office is led by Leonardo D’Alessandro, a seasoned ACS executive with a decade of experience. Having started at the company’s London headquarters in 2015 before moving to Geneva in 2018, D’Alessandro has spent years working closely with Italian clients, making this expansion a natural next step.

“I’m thrilled to be opening this office in Milan,” said D’Alessandro. “The Italian economy is the eighth largest in the world, so the potential here is huge for both our passenger and cargo divisions.”

A Growing Presence in Europe

With demand for private charters and cargo services rising, ACS’s latest expansion underscores its commitment to serving key global markets. The Milan office is expected to enhance operations across Italy, offering charter solutions for both corporate and private travelers, as well as logistics support for cargo operations.
