Kerzner International to Expand Luxury Wellness Portfolio with New Nature-Focused Destinations in 2025

Resort developer and operator Kerzner International has announced plans to expand its portfolio of luxury hotels and residences with two new wellness-focused properties set to open in 2025.

SIRO Boka Place: A Wellness and Fitness Retreat in Montenegro

The first, SIRO Boka Place, will operate under Kerzner’s fitness-centric brand, SIRO. Designed to help guests achieve their fullest potential through a unique blend of hospitality, fitness, and wellness, SIRO integrates five core biohacking pillars: fitness, nutrition, sleep, recovery, and mindfulness, along with cutting-edge technology.

Scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2025, SIRO Boka Place will be located in Tivat, Montenegro, with breathtaking views of the Bay of Kotor. The property is envisioned as a fusion of urban living and nature-inspired fitness adventures, offering guests access to state-of-the-art fitness and recovery facilities, nutritious dining options, and guest rooms designed to promote rest and recovery.

SIRO Boka Place follows in the footsteps of the brand’s flagship property in Dubai and marks the next step in the company’s ambitious plan to open 100 SIRO locations worldwide, with properties in Mexico and Saudi Arabia also slated for 2025.

One&Only Moonlight Basin: A Luxurious Alpine Retreat in Montana

Kerzner’s flagship brand, One&Only Resorts, is also set to debut its first U.S. property, One&Only Moonlight Basin, in Big Sky, Montana. This year-round alpine resort, designed by renowned architect Olson Kundig, will span 8,100 acres in the mountain town, surrounded by the majestic Madison Range.

With 92 luxurious rooms, One&Only Moonlight Basin will feature an alpine-inspired wellness sanctuary at its heart, offering spa treatments rooted in the local wilderness. While Kerzner has not yet announced which luxury spa operator will oversee the facility, the brand has previously collaborated with industry leaders such as Chenot and Guerlain.

In addition to the spa, the resort will promote wellness through a range of outdoor, seasonal activities such as horse riding, hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, skiing, and snowboarding, all set against the stunning natural backdrop of Montana.

Guests can also enjoy unique amenities, including ski-in, ski-out access, a resort observatory, a forest-to-plate dining experience, and a hidden moonshine whiskey shack nestled in the woods. A private lakeside beach will further enhance the luxurious retreat.

One&Only operates a collection of 14 resorts designed in harmony with nature and immersed in local culture. Its destinations can be found across the world, ranging from the Maldives and Dubai to Australia and Rwanda.
