Qatar Airways has announced plans to expand its flight operations from Amsterdam, enhancing connectivity for travelers between Europe, Asia, and Australia. Starting from November 12, 2024, and continuing through March 29, 2025, the airline will increase its weekly flights from Amsterdam from 10 to 14. This expansion introduces four additional weekly flights, offering passengers greater flexibility and more travel options during the busy winter travel season.
The new flights, set to operate every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday, will cater to the growing demand for travel between Amsterdam and popular destinations such as Bali (Denpasar), Bangkok, and Ho Chi Minh City. The added frequency will not only benefit passengers departing from Amsterdam but also those transiting through the city en route to Asia and Australia, as Amsterdam remains a significant stopover point for long-haul travelers.
