In a comprehensive study by MoneySuperMarket, 27,000 passenger reviews from over 100 airlines were analyzed to determine which carriers offer the best in-flight meals. The analysis revealed that Middle Eastern airlines excelled across all classes of service.
Kuwait Airways topped the list with an impressive average score of 8.6 out of 10 across all service classes. Passengers praised the airline’s diverse meal offerings, ranging from multi-course options in economy class to lavish dishes such as lobster and beef in Royal Class.
Oman Air secured second place with a score of 8.44, followed closely by Middle East Airlines with 8.39. The study highlighted that airlines from the Middle East generally received high ratings for their in-flight cuisine, with Qatar Airways, Emirates, Etihad, and Gulf Air all achieving average scores of at least 7.4.
