Newest All-Inclusive Hotels In Antalya
Club Arona By Laren Hotels
This new hotel in Antalya is a premium complex of 32 luxurious three-story villas (starting from 260 sq. m.) with private pools in Belek. Club Arona is located near a natural lake and 2 km from its private beach (transfer to the sea is available). Operating on an all-inclusive basis, it is recommended for family vacations. It features an outdoor pool, gym, spa center, several restaurants, and bars. The Land of Legends hotel is nearby (services of The Land of Legends water park are available by prior arrangement). Pets weighing up to 5 kg are allowed in the hotel.

Ethno Belek
Arguably, the main novelty of this season in Belek. A brand-new VIP-level hotel. Opening at the end of May 2024.
The hotel’s concept is based on reflecting various cultures in design and gastronomy. The hotel will operate on the concept of ultra all-inclusive, with 7 à la carte restaurants, including Mediterranean and Italian, Greek, Middle Eastern, and Asian cuisines (complimentary for guests), as well as Latin American cuisine, steakhouses, and more (for a fee). There is also a café, cigar lounge, and wine cellar.
The hotel consists of a 7-story building (rooms ranging from 56 sq. m) and villas. The hotel features 6 outdoor and 2 indoor pools heated according to the weather, an adult and heated children’s water park, with 8 and 7 slides, respectively.
Mövenpick Antalya Tekirova
Renovated and rebranded hotel. The total area of the territory is 120,000 square meters. There is a 700-meter beach, awarded the Blue Flag. The hotel boasts 383 rooms, including family rooms with private pools, family suites, and villas. Operating on an all-inclusive basis, the hotel will also feature several a’la carte restaurants (from Ottoman to seafood cuisine). There will be a fitness and spa center, five pools, including a separate pool in the villa area and a water park. The hotel will host the signature Mövenpick Little Birds Club children’s club.
The Norm Oriental
Renovated and rebranded as The Norm Oriental hotel in the village of Çamyuva. The Norm is a new sub-brand of Voyage MAXX Royal hotels with a more affordable price range.
The total area of The Norm Oriental hotel’s territory is 55,103 square meters, featuring 4 and 7-story buildings with elevators. Situated on the first coastline, the hotel boasts a beach stretch of 235 meters with a sandy-pebble beach and a pier.
On the premises, there are two outdoor pools, with the main pool covering 900 square meters and a secondary pool of 95 square meters featuring three slides. Additionally, there is an indoor pool covering 300 square meters. The hotel operates on an ultra all-inclusive basis, offering a main restaurant accommodating 465 people and 3 a’la carte restaurants (Italian, seafood, Turkish – with additional charges and reservation required). Other dining options include a snack bar, patisserie, 24-hour a’la carte restaurant (free of charge), and 5 bars (terrace bar, lobby bar, disco bar, pool bar, beach bar).
Dream Fun World
A new hotel located in Side, Kumköy. Opening in June 2024, the hotel will operate on an ultra all-inclusive basis (24/7). Dream Fun World will feature several restaurants, with one a’la carte restaurant being complimentary but requiring reservations. The hotel will also offer multiple pools and a vast waterpark area with adult and children’s water complexes. The beach is situated 800 meters from the hotel, with complimentary shuttle service provided to guests.
Side Moon Palace
A new hotel in Side will open on June 1, 2024. Located in the Sorgun area, it is 2 km from the center of Side and 3 km from Manavgat, and 60 km from Antalya Airport. The hotel consists of one main building with 5 floors and 4 elevators. It operates on an ultra all-inclusive basis and features 7 restaurants (including 2 Ã la carte restaurants) and 5 bars.
The hotel offers both indoor and outdoor heated pools for children and adults. The beach, which is sandy with a 150-meter shoreline and sandy entry into the water, is located 900 meters away. A road separates the hotel from the beach, but there is a shuttle service to the beach every 15 minutes from 08:00 to 20:00.
Seven Seas Palmeras Bay
Renovated and rebranded after a full renovation in 2023-2024. Seven Seas Palmeras Bay is a new stylish family-friendly hotel with a compact green area. Located in the tranquil district of Konakli in Alanya, not far from the city center with well-developed infrastructure. Operates on the Ultra All Inclusive concept.
The hotel features a sandy-pebble beach with a pier. On-site amenities include a water park, a mini-club with the Coral Sun Family Club concept, and a spa center.
Eftalia Blue
A new hotel from the renowned Eftalia chain. Opening in May 2024, located 18 km from Alanya, just 100 meters from the sea in the village of Turkler. The hotel comprises a 5-story main building with 499 rooms, including rooms with direct access to the pool.
The private sandy beach is just 100 meters away, with a road passing between the hotel and the beach (there is an underground pedestrian crossing). Dining: Ultra All Inclusive, available 24 hours a day, with a good selection of restaurants and bars.
Cullinan Belek
Named after the largest rough diamond ever found, the five-star property Cullinan Belek is poised to become the crown jewel of Antalya opened in June 2022. This luxurious retreat boasts its own expansive stretch of private white-sand beach, stretching almost one kilometer long. The accommodation options are as stylish as they are plentiful, with 600 exquisite rooms, including 10 ultra-luxury villas. Guests can take advantage of the 13 swimming pools, indulge in culinary delights at 10 restaurants, and unwind at several bars throughout the resort.
The hotel offers a plethora of amenities and entertainment options suitable for guests of all ages.
