New Hotels in Bodrum, Fethiye and Didim
Anda Barut Collection
The new Anda Barut Collection hotel is located in a tranquil bay in Didim, one of the most famous Turkish resorts on the Aegean Sea. Besides sandy beaches, the area is rich in ancient landmarks that guests can explore on excursions.
The hotel positions itself as a luxurious newcomer with a lavish design, featuring distinct zones for families, adults-only, and exclusive Bayou villas. Anda Barut Collection boasts 5 outdoor pools with aqua parks (including 2 family pools with seawater) and 2 indoor pools (for adults and children).
Operating on an ultra-all-inclusive basis, the hotel offers a wide selection of a la carte restaurants, including Turkish, Indian, and Italian cuisines, as well as seafood restaurants and more.
The hotel offers extensive children’s facilities, including mini clubs for children aged 4 to 8, 8 to 12, and teenagers (13 to 16) during the summer season. The kids’ club operates from June 1st to September 30th from 10:00 to 23:00. In the evenings, the club screens movies and cartoons, and children can also enjoy free access to the adventure park – a Luna Park on the hotel grounds. Baby food and diapers can be purchased at the hotel shop (additional charge).
Liberty Signa
A new hotel in Fethiye is set to open in May 2024, located by the sea, 15 km from the village of Fethiye and 40 km from Dalaman Airport. Positioned as a premium resort, the hotel will operate on the ultra all-inclusive concept and is advertised as a year-round destination.
As part of the Liberty group’s positioning, the new hotel is designed specifically for the perfect family vacation. The hotel infrastructure includes 561 rooms spread across 18 different blocks, with a total of 27 elevators. There are 15 restaurants, 11 bars, and 10 pools, as well as kids’ and teens’ mini clubs and a three-story spa center.
The hotel offers personalized check-in and check-out with the assistance of dedicated staff. Upon arrival, guests are offered Liberty’s signature cocktail, sparkling wine, and non-alcoholic beverages for children, as well as a treat of fresh strawberries.

HYDE Bodrum
Fully renovated and rebranded as a luxury adults-only (16+) hotel in Bodrum, operating on an ultra-all-inclusive basis. Located 30 km from the airport, 7.5 km from Bodrum city center, and on the seaside.
The hotel offers 216 rooms, including suites and four villas. There are six exclusive a’la carte restaurants (including French and Mediterranean cuisine), included in the hotel’s concept.
MAXX Royal Bodrum
A new property from the globally renowned MAXX Royal chain in Bodrum, is scheduled to open on May 17th. The hotel is located 2 km from the village of Turkbuku, 16 km from the center of Bodrum, and 47 km from Milas-Bodrum Airport.
The territory of the new hotel spans 115,000 sqm, enveloped in greenery. With only 282 rooms available, the hotel promises a personalized holiday experience, with each guest accompanied by a personal vacation assistant from start to finish. Guests staying in villas for 7 nights or more receive a complimentary yacht tour. For guests awaiting check-in or departure, special rooms are equipped with a living area with a television, a safe, and a bathroom with a shower.
The hotel operates on the Maxx B&B concept and features 7 a la carte restaurants, one of which operates 24/7, 6 bars, a snack restaurant, a patisserie, a chocolate corner, and an ice cream shop. The beach is private, with a sandy stretch of 88 meters featuring sun loungers and pavilions (available for an additional fee). There are several pools with seawater and freshwater, all heated.
For children, the hotel offers Maxxi Land kids’ clubs (0-3 years), (4-7 years), and (8-12 years). Spectacular entertainment is provided for both children and adults.
The Norm Collection Door’a
Renovated for the season and rebranded as The Norm Collection Door’a, the hotel opened in 2021, with renovations carried out during the winter of 2023-24. The Norm is a new sub-brand of Voyage MAXX Royal hotels, catering to a more affordable price range. The hotel consists of the main 5-story building and a complex of 2-story bungalows and villas (19 in total). The total area of the territory is 37,000 sqm.
The beach is a private sandy-pebble one, located near the hotel (1st line), stretching 107 meters. There are 2 private piers. Beach pavilions are available for rent. The beach bar operates from 10:00 to 18:00. There are outdoor (240 sqm) and indoor (99 sqm) pools.
