Caesars Palace Dubai to Close Doors, Making Way for Banyan Tree Luxury Hotel

In a significant development for Dubai’s hospitality scene, Caesars Palace Dubai is poised to close its doors and make room for a new luxury hotel under the Banyan Tree Group.

Ennismore and the Banyan Tree Group have finalized an agreement with Dubai Holding, ushering in a new era of hospitality in the emirate.

The ambitious project, situated on Bluewaters Island, is set to introduce new hospitality brands to Dubai, commencing with the grand opening of Banyan Tree Dubai in November 2023.

Sébastien Bazin, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Accor, signed the agreement alongside Amit Kaushal, Group Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Holding.

The transformation will see Banyan Tree Dubai take over the existing Caesars Palace property and undergo a substantial refurbishment.

The reimagined resort will encompass 179 rooms, including 30 luxurious suites, and an exquisite four-bedroom villa complete with its private entrance, pool, and direct beach access.

At the heart of the new resort, a Banyan Tree Spa will beckon guests with its dedicated reception, relaxation areas, state-of-the-art gym, indoor and outdoor yoga spaces, a delightful F&B offering, private mini rainforests, hydrotherapy pools, and an array of treatment rooms.

Food enthusiasts can look forward to a diverse culinary experience with five distinctive restaurants and bars. Additionally, the resort will boast 96 exclusive private residences, ranging from one to four-bedroom units, each equipped with a dedicated lobby, an outdoor swimming pool, and access to the hotel’s extensive facilities.

This transformation marks an exciting chapter for Dubai’s hospitality landscape, and the opening of Banyan Tree Dubai promises to be a luxurious addition to the city’s prestigious offerings.
