
So/ Uptown Tower Dubai has announced a special offer for investors, giving them a free Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) business license and a residence visa after they purchase an apartment in a luxury skyscraper.
The DMCC license, priced at AED 60,000 ($16,300), provides investors with access to DMCC’s infrastructure and a wide range of services available in the UAE’s largest free zone. This one-year license includes the usage of a coworking unit at the Uptown Business Centre, renowned for its exceptional amenities. Additionally, it grants a two-year residence visa, an Emirates ID, and a medical fitness test.
