On February 15, an aircraft of the newly created Uzbek airline Centrum Air, flying on the route Tashkent-Fergana, landed at Fergana International Airport. By tradition, the plane with 86 passengers on board was solemnly greeted with a water arch.
Also, Centrum Air plans the next passenger flight on the route Tashkent-Urgench-Tashkent. Charter flights in this direction will begin on February 17, 2023, twice a week – on Fridays and Sundays on Airbus A320 aircraft.
Centrum Air is an Uzbek low-cost airline that received permission to operate passenger flights in January 2023. To date, the air carrier’s fleet has two Airbus A320 aircraft. In the near future, the air carrier plans to acquire another passenger board – the Boeing 737.
Azimuth Airlines started flights from Mineralnye Vody to Samarkand, the third-largest city in Uzbekistan and one of the oldest cities in the world.
VietJet Air will open regular flights from Vladivostok to Nha Trang in Vietnam on March 25.
