Accor Group, a world leader in travel, lifestyle and digital technologies, is preparing to open Novotel Vladivostok, the brand’s first hotel in the Far East. Novotel Vladivostok is located in a modern 18-storey building in the center of the city on Partizansky Avenue, not far from the Tsarevich Embankment, the Golden Horn Bay and other iconic places of Vladivostok. The total planned room stock of the hotel is 197 rooms of various categories including standard and superior rooms, as well as suites. The opening of Novotel Vladivostok will take place in several stages – first, 102 rooms located on the first 9 floors of the hotel will be opened for guests, then another 95 rooms will be sequentially put into operation.

The design concept of Novotel Vladivostok was developed by the Brazilian bureau METRO, which created one of the four global concepts of the Novotel brand. Bright, comfortable rooms, decorated with natural high-quality materials, fully reflect the corporate identity and brand concept of Novotel, and also meet the expectations of modern travelers due to their adaptability. The restaurant, located on the second floor of the hotel, will offer guests breakfast, as well as a varied menu made up of famous Far Eastern seafood and delicacies, and Mediterranean cuisine. The concept of the restaurant was developed by a design bureau from Vladivostok – I’m in Loft Studio. On the ground floor there will be a fitness center for guests, as well as a reception area and a lobby. On the panoramic floor, which will be equipped within a few months after the opening, there will be a bar and a spa area overlooking the entire city and the Amur Bay. A conference center is also planned, which will occupy a building located next to the hotel and offer high-tech conference rooms for various meetings and events.

Novotel Vladivostok is preparing to open with the new ALLSAFE security standard developed by Accor in collaboration with Bureau Veritas. ALLSAFE provides for increased health and safety requirements, including protocols for sanitizing and disinfecting rooms, public areas, monitoring the health of guests and staff, providing guests with disinfectants, new regulations for room service and restaurants. ALLSAFE standards are designed to provide guests with a safe and relaxing holiday without sacrificing service.
