Accor has launched a new ALL Accor app experience within ChatGPT, allowing travelers to search and explore the company’s global portfolio of hotels without leaving the AI platform.
With the rollout, Accor becomes one of the first major hotel groups to integrate its booking and loyalty ecosystem directly into ChatGPT, according to the Paris-based company. The move is positioned as part of Accor’s broader digital strategy centered on artificial intelligence and more personalized guest experiences.
“This introduction of the ALL Accor app on ChatGPT marks a pivotal moment for Accor,” said Alix Boulnois, chief commercial, digital & tech officer at Accor. “We are fundamentally transforming how guests interact with our brands, leveraging cutting-edge capabilities to deliver greater convenience and personalization. This move strengthens our ALL Accor loyalty proposition and supports value creation across our global network for both guests and partners.”
Through ChatGPT, users can search for Accor hotels by destination, travel dates, and number of guests, compare public pricing with ALL loyalty-member rates, and view property-level information including room types, amenities, and location details. When users are ready to complete a reservation, they are redirected to the ALL Accor booking platform for secure booking.
Accor said the ALL Accor app experience in ChatGPT is available in more than 20 languages and in markets where ChatGPT apps are supported. The company also noted that the ChatGPT experience is built specifically for the AI platform and operates separately from the existing ALL Accor mobile app.
