RBH Adds Four New Hotels to Its Growing Portfolio

RBH will take over the operations of The Townhouse in Manchester, The Duke of Cornwall in Plymouth and The Lyndene and St Chads in Blackpool, with immediate effect, after signing a hotel management agreement with the Fragrance Group.

The agreement further strengthens the partnership between RBH and the Singapore-based property developer Fragrance Group, as The Imperial Hotel Blackpool joined the RBH portfolio in early 2017 and The Crown Hotel Harrogate joined in September 2020.

The team has already appointed the previous general managers of all four hotels to the same roles, with further recruitment and operational discussions to take place over the coming weeks and months as lockdown measures ease.

Dave Hart, RBH CEO, said:

These hotels each have fantastic characteristics, from historical stature and heritage to family-owned values and we are thrilled to add them to the RBH portfolio. We look forward to working with all four hotels to prepare for reopening and drive performance across the business in each location.

This new agreement aligns with our overall business development strategy to build on existing partnerships and broaden our portfolio network regionally.”

The Fragrance Group’s UK representative Martin Rogers added:

We already have an established working relationship with RBH and we have every confidence that the four Fragrance hotels will thrive under their professional management.”
