flydubai today announced the start of flights to Grozny, the capital of the Chechen Republic in the Russian Federation. Flights between Dubai International (DXB) and Grozny Airport (GRV) will operate twice weekly starting from 17 December 2020. flydubai will be the first carrier to offer direct flights on this route from the UAE.
Located on the Sunzha River, Grozny is the capital city of the Chechen Republic. The city has a lot to offer including modern architecture, shopping malls and attractions such as the Grozny Central Dome Mosque.
Passengers travelling in Business Class will enjoy space and privacy in the cabin, a comfortable spacious seat, inflight entertainment including more than 120 films and a range of dining options. Passengers will also benefit from a generous checked baggage allowance and fast track through immigration and security at Terminal 2 at Dubai International.

Passengers are able to choose between bundled (Flex/Value) or unbundled (Lite) fares depending on their travel needs.
Emirates will codeshare on this route offering travellers more seamless connections through Dubai’s international aviation hub to 155 destinations between both the Emirates and flydubai networks including Australia, China, Indian Ocean, Japan, South Asia and the United States.
