Just 300 metres from the Kremlin and Red Square, the richly appointed hotel stretches out over an entire city block and redefines the very texture of Moscow’s historic district.
The former residence of a noble family, the 65-room hotel is infused with modern Italian style throughout its private and public spaces. The crown jewel of the hotel is the 300-square-metre Bulgari Suite. Equally lavish are the restaurant, bar and spacious roof terrace, as well as the extraordinary Spa, with its 25-metre lap pool.
Mandarin Oriental Moscow
Mandarin Oriental Moscow is expected to open in 2021. Mandarin Oriental, Moscow will have a prime riverfront location on the Sofiyskaya embankment in the heart of the city, directly facing the Kremlin. The hotel will be well located for business and leisure travellers with access to many of the city’s tourist attractions, historic sites and business districts.
The boutique property will feature 65 guestrooms and suites, two restaurants, a lounge bar, and spa and wellness facilities including a 25-metre indoor swimming pool. The project will also house 137 Residences at Mandarin Oriental, which will be the first branded luxury residential development in Moscow.
Corinthia Hotel & Residences Moscow
Located along Moscow’s main avenue between the Kremlin and Red Square, the property will become a luxury Corinthia Hotel with an element of high-end retail along the street.
The property has a listed façade, and houses the famous 19th century Filippov Bakery, but permits in hand allow up to 43,000m2 of development behind the retained frontage.
