This summer, the country welcomed a staggering 68 million tourists, exceeding pre-pandemic levels by 3 million. Meanwhile, in the luxurious Portofino, prices for beach umbrellas started at a staggering 150 euros per day, and availability was limited, making it an exorbitant luxury for vacationers.
