The Best European Airports for Service Quality Revealed

The study by Bounce looked at passenger volumes, parking charges, shopping, and restaurants from the busiest European airports to reveal the best European airports for a pre-flight experience. The study also analysed AirHelp’s ranking for the airports on our list to reveal the best European airports for service quality.

The number one airport for service quality is Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport with an AirHelp score of 8.25 out of 10. The airport scored an impressive 8.26 for time performance, 8.19 for customer opinion and a score of 8.3 for its food and shops. The airport ranked 4th for the best overall pre-flight experience.
In second place is Vienna International Airport with a score of 7.79 out of 10. The airport received a 7.63 for time performance, 7.85 for customer opinion and 8.23 for its food and shops. This airport ranked 8th for overall pre-flight experience.
Third on the list for service quality is Josep Tarradellas Barcelona El-Prat Airport with an overall service score of 7.68 out of 10 after receiving 7.6 for time performance, 7.72 for customer opinion and 7.85 for its food and shops. The Spanish airport ranked 3rd for overall pre-flight experience.
