Luxurious Hotels Set to Open in 2024

Romègas Hotel, Valletta, Malta

Located in the capital of Malta, the Romègas Hotel will be the first luxury boutique hotel in a 500-year-old palazzo. Guests can expect mosaic floors and traditional Maltese balconies made of stone with hand-carved details.

Arev St. Tropez, Saint-Tropez, France

This boutique hotel, designed in the style of the mid-20th century, is already being hailed as one of the highlights of the French Riviera in the summer of 2024. Casa Monti Rome, Italy

The Perseus Group, the same company behind Le Pigalle in Paris, is restoring a 17th-century mansion in Nice and transforming it into a luxury hotel. The hotel will feature Roman baths, a pool, and a typical French café.

Hotel Balzac, Paris, France

French hotelier Olivier Bertrand, known for Relais Christine, Saint James Paris, and Chateau des Fleurs, will take over the management of Hotel Balzac. After renovation, the hotel will feature a warm, muted decor inspired by the style of the 1930s, a Japanese spa center, and a Michelin-starred restaurant.

Rosewood Schloss Fuschl, near Salzburg, Austria

The legendary Schloss Fuschl hotel is undergoing renovations by a new owner, restoring the 15th-century landmark. Located on the shores of Lake Fuschl, the hotel complex will offer accommodation in chalets and refurbished rooms, as well as a spa center and a lake-view pool.

Rosewood Amsterdam, Netherlands

Situated in the former Palace of Justice, the new hotel will tower over the Prinsengracht – perhaps the most famous canal in Amsterdam. Amenities will include three restaurants and bars, a spa center, an indoor pool, and a ballroom.

Janu Tokyo, Japan

According to the hotel’s concept, the new hotel will focus on “human interaction, playful self-expression, and social well-being.” Located in the Azabudai Hills area, the property will offer 122 suites, 8 restaurants, and one of Tokyo’s largest wellness centers.

Kotiyagala, Sri Lanka

Situated in the Yala National Park, this complex of 12 villas will specialize in exploring tropical wildlife. Guests can enjoy safaris in search of elusive leopards and adorable sloths, followed by relaxation by the jungle pool or Ayurveda treatments.

The Standard, Singapore

This hotel, located on the famous Orchard Road, will cater to those who love nightlife. In addition to 143 rooms, there will be a signature restaurant and a pool overlooking the city.

Rosewood Miyakojima, Okinawa, Japan

Situated on the southwest coast of Mahe Island, this hotel will feature 52 ocean-view or jungle-view villas. In terms of interiors, it will be the most creative hotel in the Seychelles.
