Kazakhstan and Seychelles Sign Visa-Free Agreement

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan has announced the signing of a mutual visa exemption agreement between Kazakhstan and the Seychelles.

The agreement was formalized during negotiations between the Deputy Prime Minister and Head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan, Murat Nurtleu, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Tourism of the Seychelles, Sylvester Radegonde, on the sidelines of the 78th session of the United Nations General Assembly.

Under this agreement, visa requirements will be abolished for all types of passports, allowing travelers to enter each other’s countries for stays of up to 30 calendar days within every six months. The agreement will come into effect 30 days after the date of receipt, through diplomatic channels, of the final written notification from both parties regarding the completion of domestic procedures necessary for its implementation, as clarified by the press service.
