Dutch yacht brand Seaver has officially entered the luxury yachting market, unveiling its new portfolio of aluminium motor yachts during its inaugural Seaver Gallery event at Resort Oesterdam in the Netherlands.
The launch introduced a collection of yachts ranging from 20 to 30 metres, while also presenting Seaver’s distinctive ownership model, which supports clients from the initial design stage through construction, delivery and long-term ownership.
Experienced Team Behind the New Brand
Seaver was founded through a collaboration between experienced yacht owners Simon Schilder and Mike Verweij, designer Bernd Weel and project lead Julian van Santen. The team has revived Weel’s original yacht concepts under the new Seaver brand, combining Dutch yacht-building expertise with a modern ownership experience.
Rather than acting solely as a yacht manufacturer, Seaver positions itself as a long-term partner, guiding owners throughout the entire lifecycle of their yacht while offering access to an exclusive ownership collective.
Five Models Across Two Series
The initial fleet consists of five models divided into two distinct product lines. The Nordic Series includes the Nordic C5 and Nordic 80, while the Azure Series comprises the Azure 65, Azure 80 and Azure 95.
According to Seaver, three demonstration yachts are already on the water and available for private viewings. Future yachts will be built by Dutch shipyard Altena Yachting.
Designed for Different Cruising Styles
The Nordic range has been developed for long-range cruising and operation in cooler climates. These yachts feature expansive glazing, generous interior headroom and a large retractable sunroof that creates a bright, residence-like atmosphere onboard.
In contrast, the Azure range has been designed for Mediterranean cruising, with a strong emphasis on outdoor living. Features include spacious flybridges, flexible lounge areas and the option to install a Jacuzzi on the sundeck.
Lightweight Construction and Flexible Layouts
All Seaver yachts are built with lightweight aluminium fast-displacement hulls and are equipped with hydraulic tender platforms and full-beam watersports garages.
Depending on the chosen model and interior configuration, accommodation is available for up to eight guests. Owners can select layouts suitable for private owner operation or fully crewed cruising, providing flexibility for different styles of yachting.
With its official debut, Seaver aims to establish itself in the premium yacht market by combining contemporary Dutch design, practical long-range cruising capabilities and a more collaborative approach to yacht ownership.
