Air China is changing the aircraft on its flights between Beijing and Warsaw from 1 July, replacing the Airbus A330-300 with a Boeing 777-300ER, according to the carrier’s booking system.
The bigger aircraft will operate to Warsaw Chopin Airport from that date, but the change is understood to be temporary and linked to the summer holiday period.
The adjustment affects Air China’s route from its Beijing hub to the Polish capital and reflects the airline’s operational planning for the peak travel season.
The booking system shows the new aircraft assignment from 1 July, but no permanent fleet change has been confirmed. The carrier has not publicly said that the route will stay with the Boeing 777 beyond the summer period.
Air China operates the service as part of its network from Beijing, with Warsaw Chopin Airport serving as its Polish destination. The route is one of the direct links between China and central Europe.
