Emirates said the initiative aims to provide travellers with greater value while showcasing Dubai’s diverse tourism experiences, from luxury hospitality and world-class attractions to shopping, dining and entertainment.
Free Stay at JW Marriott Marquis Dubai
As part of the promotion, Emirates passengers can enjoy a complimentary stay at the five-star JW Marriott Marquis Dubai, one of the city’s most recognisable luxury hotels.
The offer is available for bookings made between 22 June and 12 July. Customers travelling on Emirates return tickets in First Class or Business Class will receive a complimentary two-night stay, while Premium Economy and Economy Class passengers will be eligible for a one-night stay.
The promotion applies to travellers whose final destination is Dubai as well as passengers making a stopover in the city for more than 24 hours.
Located in the heart of Dubai, the JW Marriott Marquis offers guests access to award-winning restaurants, luxury spa facilities, fitness centres and an outdoor pool overlooking the city’s skyline.
Dubai Positioned as a Summer Destination
Emirates is highlighting Dubai’s wide range of indoor and outdoor attractions as part of its summer campaign, promoting the emirate as a destination that caters to families, couples and solo travellers alike.
Visitors can explore landmarks such as the Burj Khalifa, enjoy theme parks and entertainment venues, discover museums and cultural attractions, or take advantage of the city’s extensive shopping and dining options.
Dubai continues to rank among the world’s most visited destinations, attracting millions of international visitors annually through its combination of tourism, hospitality and global connectivity.
Emirates Encourages Longer Stopovers
The airline is also promoting its Dubai Experience platform, which allows travellers from selected markets to build customised itineraries during their stay.
The platform includes suggested schedules for short stopovers, including 24-hour and 48-hour itineraries, helping passengers maximise their time in the city before continuing their journey.
The initiative forms part of Emirates’ broader strategy to encourage transit passengers to extend their stay and explore Dubai’s tourism offerings.
More Than 600 Discounts Through My Emirates Pass
Passengers travelling with Emirates this summer will also gain access to the airline’s popular My Emirates Pass programme.
The scheme provides more than 600 offers across Dubai and the UAE, including discounts at restaurants, retail outlets, spas, leisure attractions and entertainment venues.
Travellers can access the offers by presenting either a digital or physical Emirates boarding pass together with valid identification at participating locations.
The programme has become one of the airline’s most popular value-added benefits, helping visitors reduce costs while experiencing a wider range of attractions during their stay.
Dubai Summer Surprises Returns for 2026
The airline’s summer campaign coincides with the return of Dubai Summer Surprises, one of the city’s flagship seasonal events.
Running from 2 July to 30 August, the festival will feature concerts, entertainment programmes, cultural activities, wellness events and major retail promotions across shopping centres and lifestyle destinations.
Organisers have described the 2026 edition as one of the largest yet, with a packed calendar of family-friendly experiences and limited-time offers designed to attract both residents and international visitors.
Additional Travel Flexibility for Summer Passengers
Alongside its promotional offers, Emirates continues to provide travellers with greater booking flexibility. The airline said bookings made after 2 April 2026 include one complimentary date change across all cabin classes.
Customers can also take advantage of the airline’s Hold My Fare service, which allows travellers to secure a ticket price while finalising other aspects of their holiday plans.
Emirates has also expanded its travel protection options through its Comprehensive Travel Cover insurance product, available in selected markets, providing additional confidence for passengers travelling during the busy summer season.
Dubai Travel Demand Expected to Rise
With complimentary hotel stays, hundreds of discounts and a packed summer events calendar, Emirates is positioning Dubai as a key destination for travellers planning holidays during the coming months.
The latest campaign reflects the airline’s ongoing efforts to support Dubai’s tourism sector while enhancing the overall travel experience for customers flying through its global network of more than 138 destinations.
