LOT and Port Polska to Host TIACA Summit in Warsaw in 2026

Polish carrier LOT and Port Polska will host one of the most important events in the global air cargo industry, the TIACA Global Executive Summit 2026. The annual summit is organised by The International Air Cargo Association, a worldwide group that brings together players across the air freight sector.

The summit is expected to draw airlines, sales agents, systems providers, airports and other companies involved in the air cargo supply chain. It places Warsaw in the spotlight as the industry prepares for another year of talks on freight, operations and market trends.

TIACA said the event is part of its wider mission to connect the full air cargo ecosystem. The association describes itself as a global organisation representing participants from airlines and their sales representatives to airports and industrial partners.

LOT’s role as host underlines Poland’s growing position in the European cargo market. The airline and Port Polska will work together to stage the summit, which is one of TIACA’s key annual gatherings for senior executives and sector leaders.

The announcement adds to a calendar of major aviation meetings in Europe, where airports and carriers are competing for business, investment and influence. For Warsaw, hosting the summit offers a chance to showcase its infrastructure and strengthen links with international air cargo operators.

Air cargo has remained a strategic part of the wider aviation sector, supporting global trade and logistics. Industry summits such as TIACA’s are used to discuss capacity, demand, digital systems and the future of freight transport.

Further details about the 2026 summit are expected closer to the event. For now, the announcement confirms that the Polish capital will welcome global air cargo leaders for a major industry meeting.
