Hilton, alongside Related Group and Merrimac Ventures, has marked the topping-off of Waldorf Astoria Residences Pompano Beach, completing the vertical construction phase of the brand’s first standalone residential project.
The milestone signals a new chapter for the Waldorf Astoria brand, extending its luxury offering beyond traditional hotel environments into fully residential living.
First Standalone Residences For Waldorf Astoria
The 28-storey oceanfront tower represents the brand’s first residential concept independent of a hotel, offering a private living experience while maintaining the service standards associated with Waldorf Astoria.
Located in Pompano Beach, the development spans two acres of coastline and is already more than 85% pre-sold ahead of its expected completion in summer 2027.
Luxury Design And High-End Living Spaces
The project includes 92 condominium residences, ranging from two to five bedrooms and sizes between 2,100 and 6,100 square feet.
Designed by Nichols Architects in collaboration with KORA, with interiors by BAMO, the residences emphasise natural light, open layouts and seamless indoor-outdoor living through expansive terraces and floor-to-ceiling glass.
Each unit features private elevator access and panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway.
Penthouse Collection Sets New Market Benchmark
At the top of the tower, a collection of penthouses priced between $16 million and $20 million introduces ultra-luxury living with large wraparound terraces, private pools and rooftop entertainment areas.
These residences are designed to deliver a private resort-style experience, reflecting growing demand for high-end, fully serviced residential properties.
Resort-Style Amenities And Services
Residents will have access to a wide range of amenities, including a 20,000-square-foot oceanfront pool deck, spa and wellness facilities, fitness studios and family-oriented spaces.
Services such as 24-hour concierge, in-residence dining and dedicated beach service will be managed by Waldorf Astoria staff, bringing hotel-level hospitality into everyday living.
Pompano Beach Emerging As Luxury Destination
The development comes amid broader investment in Pompano Beach, with over $80 million committed to infrastructure and beachfront improvements.
Projects such as the Pompano Beach Fishing Village and upgraded public spaces are helping reposition the area as an emerging luxury destination in South Florida.
Growing Trend Of Branded Residences
The project reflects a wider industry trend where hospitality brands expand into residential real estate, offering buyers a combination of private ownership and luxury service.
With strong pre-sales and continued demand, Waldorf Astoria Residences Pompano Beach highlights the increasing appeal of branded living experiences in key coastal markets.
