Raffles Hotels & Resorts is stepping decisively into luxury retail with the launch of The Butler Did It Collection, a playful, fashion-forward capsule designed to bring the brand’s signature elegance beyond the hotel lobby. Available exclusively in-store at Printemps New York and Printemps Paris through March 10, 2026, the collection will also include select pieces on Printemps.com – positioning the initiative as both a limited-edition drop and a strategic preview of what comes next for the brand.
Built around a curated edit of fashion and home goods, The Butler Did It Collection channels the world of Raffles: refined, cinematic, and deliberately enchanted. With pieces created for Raffles and in collaboration with heritage partners Globe-Trotter, Frette, and Christofle, the collection invites guests and collectors to bring a touch of the brand’s glamour into everyday life – without compromising on craftsmanship.
“Through The Butler Did It Collection, we are thrilled to give guests the opportunity to enjoy Raffles outside of our hotels,” said Claudia Kozma Kaplan, Chief Brand Officer, Raffles. “Designed to reflect the effortless glamour and sense of ease that define a stay with us, the collection plays with color, texture, and our signature palm motif, capturing the same sense of whimsy, surprise, and care that sits at the heart of the Raffles experience.”
The product development was shaped by renowned stylist Jessica Diehl, reinforcing the collection’s positioning at the intersection of hospitality and fashion. The ready-to-wear offering includes pajamas, t-shirts, polos, cashmere jumpers, velvet smoking jackets and a range of accessories from bucket hats to cashmere baseball caps, all presented in a refined palette that signals understated luxury rather than logo-heavy merchandising.
Beyond apparel, the capsule extends into the home and travel space through a series of brand collaborations designed to feel collectible. Globe-Trotter has created a bespoke deep green suitcase with an interior lined in Raffles’ signature palm print. Frette introduces custom velvet slippers embroidered with the collection’s tongue-in-cheek phrase, “The Butler Did It.” Completing the edit, Christofle has reimagined its iconic coffee cup, adorned with the same namesake declaration – turning a classic object into a conversation piece.
For Printemps, the partnership underscores its evolving identity as a modern retail destination where fashion, hospitality and cultural storytelling converge.
“Printemps has always been a destination where hospitality, fashion, and culture intersect,” said Emmanuel Suissa, Chief Partnership Officer, Printemps. “With The Butler Did It Collection, Raffles extends its legendary sense of service into a refined lifestyle expression that resonates strongly with our vision. We are proud to exclusively present this collection and to invite our customers to experience the Raffles universe beyond the hotel, through objects designed with elegance, creativity, and care.”
The collection takes its name from Raffles’ recent global brand campaign, The Butler Did It, which celebrates the hotel group’s legendary Butler Service and its role in creating unexpected, deeply personal guest experiences. Developed under the creative direction of Trey Laird, with photography by Dylan Don and styling by Robert Rabensteiner, the campaign leans into theatrical flair with a fashion-forward wink – a spirit that translates directly into the capsule’s playful, elevated tone.
While the collection is positioned as a limited-edition retail moment, it also signals a broader strategic expansion. Raffles confirmed that The Butler Did It Collection offers an early look at how the brand’s distinct aesthetic and craftsmanship will soon extend beyond a hotel stay.
The brand plans to introduce a wider ready-to-wear and home offering in fall 2026, alongside the launch of a dedicated Raffles e-retail platform – expanding the Raffles lifestyle into a fully realised digital retail experience.
The Butler Did It Collection is available exclusively at Printemps New York and Printemps Paris through March 10, 2026, with select items available online at Printemps.com.
