KLM Expands Network with New Routes to Barbados, Georgetown, San Diego and Kittilä

KLM has announced its 2025/26 winter schedule, running from October 26, 2025, to March 28, 2026. The airline will offer an extensive network of 161 destinations, including 92 within Europe and 69 intercontinental routes. Together, these represent around 25,000 different travel connections, reinforcing KLM’s role as a key global connector.

Seat capacity will rise by 6% compared to last winter, driven by strong demand for travel to India and the Caribbean. Capacity to India will expand by 28%, while the Caribbean network will grow by 17%.

This season, KLM is adding two new destinations. Starting late November, the airline will operate weekly flights to Kittilä in Finland’s Lapland, a popular winter holiday spot. Barbados will also return to the network, paired with Georgetown (Guyana), with three weekly services.

KLM is also carrying over several destinations launched during summer 2025 into its winter schedule for the first time. In Europe, this includes Exeter in the UK and Ljubljana in Slovenia, both with daily service from Amsterdam. On the intercontinental side, Hyderabad in India, Barbados (via Georgetown), and San Diego in the United States will all see winter flights. San Diego will join the network in late February, with three weekly non-stop services.

With these additions, KLM continues to grow its global footprint, offering travelers more opportunities to connect through Amsterdam Schiphol to destinations across Europe, Asia, the Americas, and beyond.
