The Federal Air Transport Agency stated that there was no positive trend in the restoration of flights and ordered to stop hiring all professional groups of workers, including air traffic controllers and specialists from the maintenance services of radio equipment and communications.

The need to introduce this anti-crisis measure was explained by the deterioration of the financial and economic condition of the enterprise, associated with the restrictions imposed on aircraft flights by unfriendly countries and, as a result, a drop in the intensity of air traffic in the airspace of Russia.

In an interview with Russian RBK published on Wednesday, the head of Rosaviatsia, Alexander Neradko, said he was convinced that Airbus and Boeing planes will keep flying safely until 2030.
