Stellantis is accelerating the expansion of its Eurorepar Car Service network across Europe with a new integrated performance model aimed at helping independent automotive workshops improve profitability, operational efficiency and long-term competitiveness.
The initiative comes as the automotive aftermarket sector faces growing pressure from increasing vehicle complexity, digitalisation and intensified competition.
New Joint Venture Supports European Workshop Network
The programme has been developed through a joint venture between Stellantis and MSX International called Octago.
The new structure combines operational field teams, advanced analytics and AI-powered tools to support workshops and distributors across multiple European markets.
According to the companies, dedicated teams will work directly with workshops on a daily basis, providing continuous coaching and performance support.
Focus On Training And Operational Performance
Independent workshops participating in the programme will gain access to targeted technical and business training designed to strengthen operational capabilities.
Additional support includes on-site operational coaching, advanced benchmarking systems and data-driven insights intended to improve decision-making and customer management.
The companies said the tools are designed to help workshops meet the standards required to join the Eurorepar Car Service network.
Expansion And Profitability Central To Strategy
The initiative is built around two primary objectives: accelerating workshop performance and expanding the Eurorepar Car Service network across Europe.
Stellantis plans to support independent workshops with tailored business guidance and performance analysis to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
At the same time, the company aims to recruit new independent repair centres to strengthen coverage for retail and fleet customers.
Stellantis Targets Long-Term Aftermarket Growth
Eurorepar Car Service president Cyril Billiard described the move as a major step in Stellantis’ strategy to position the network as one of Europe’s leading multi-brand aftermarket service providers.
He said the company is focused on scalability, operational performance and long-term value creation while building a more resilient aftermarket ecosystem.
AI And Data Analytics To Drive Workshop Support
Octago CEO Elvira Llorens said the joint venture combines field expertise with AI-enabled technologies and analytics tools to help workshops navigate increasing market complexity.
She added that the programme is intended to deliver measurable day-to-day operational improvements across multiple markets.
The expansion reflects broader changes in the European automotive service sector as manufacturers and aftermarket providers invest heavily in digital tools, predictive analytics and network consolidation strategies.
