Norke Opens New Smart Apart-Hotel Near Baumanskaya Metro In Moscow

Russian aparthotel operator Norke has opened its new “Norke Prime Baumanskaya” 4-star property in Moscow, continuing the company’s expansion of smart-apart hotel concepts focused on automation and digital guest services.

The new property is located near Baumanskaya metro station and features 52 accommodation units ranging from compact studios to spacious family apartments.

Smart Technology Integrated Across All Rooms

All suites are equipped with mini kitchens, smart home systems, climate control, and voice-operated technology using Yandex Alice smart speakers.

Guests can also access online check-in and digital in-room dining services as part of the operator’s automated hospitality model.

Concept Inspired By Lagom Philosophy

The Norke concept is built around the philosophy of Lagom — the Scandinavian idea of balance, functionality, and “just enough.”

According to the company, this approach is reflected throughout both the interior design and operational structure of the hotel, focusing on practical comfort and efficient use of space.

Roomsharing Platform Powers Digital Operations

A key role in the project launch was played by Bogdan Koveza, commercial director and partner of the Norke network, as well as director and co-founder of Roomsharing.

Roomsharing provides a digital ecosystem combining AI-powered guest communication, contactless check-in, and smart room management technologies.

The system was implemented to support rapid market entry while maximising operational efficiency and revenue performance.

Norke Continues Expansion Across Moscow

Norke continues to expand its portfolio of technology-focused aparthotels near major transport hubs and tourist districts in Moscow.

The company currently operates 15 aparthotels across locations including Kurskaya, Kitay-Gorod, Sretenskaya, Zaryadye, and Krasnoselskaya.

Norke also operates multiple accommodation formats under the Norke, Norke Prime, and Norke Apartments brands across Moscow and other Russian cities.

Smart Aparthotel Segment Continues Growing

The expansion reflects growing demand for hybrid hospitality models combining apartment-style accommodation with hotel-level services and digital convenience.

Operators across the sector are increasingly investing in automation, AI-powered guest interaction, and contactless technologies as part of the next generation of urban hospitality.
