A new high-end wellness club is set to open on the banks of the River Thames this month, introducing a multi-floor concept focused on recovery, performance and longevity.
Sæl Spa at Fulham Pier will form part of London’s latest lifestyle destination, offering a four-storey “modern British sanctuary” designed to combine luxury facilities with personalised wellness programmes.
Luxury Facilities Across Four Floors
The spa will feature a 15-metre heated rooftop infinity pool with a sun terrace overlooking the Thames, alongside a movement studio equipped with infrared technology.
Programmes will include reformer Pilates, personal training, yoga, breathwork and sound-based recovery sessions, reflecting growing demand for integrated fitness and wellness experiences.
The wet spa includes a Finnish sauna, botanical steam room, experience showers and contrast therapy suites with infrared saunas and cold plunge facilities.
Advanced Recovery And Longevity Treatments
A dedicated Recovery Lounge will offer a range of advanced therapies, including red light treatment, PEMF technology, compression therapy and vibro-acoustic relaxation beds.
Guests will also have access to IV infusions and treatments such as regenerative bodywork and circadian-aligned massage, designed to support energy levels, sleep quality and overall recovery.
Memberships start at £3,000 per year and can be tailored to individual goals, including sleep optimisation, cognitive performance and metabolic health.
Science-Led Wellness Programmes
The spa’s diagnostic offering will be led by 3 Peaks Health, providing services such as blood analysis, microbiome testing and neurostimulation.
These insights will be used to create personalised treatment plans, reflecting a broader shift towards data-driven wellness and preventative health strategies.
The concept has also been shaped with input from wellness entrepreneur Inge Theron, focusing on combining traditional practices with modern science.
A Social And Lifestyle Destination
Beyond treatments, Sæl Spa will include social spaces such as Pantri, a café serving nutrient-focused menus, and a spa penthouse designed for private gatherings and wellness events.
The spa is part of the wider Fulham Pier development, which also includes a hotel, private members’ club, food hall and restaurant by Michelin-starred chef Adam Byatt.
With its combination of advanced therapies, luxury design and personalised programmes, Sæl Spa reflects the growing evolution of wellness into a lifestyle-driven, membership-based experience in London.
