Ibiza Redefines Luxury Travel with New BLESS Hotel at The Site

Palladium Hotel Group is accelerating Ibiza’s transformation into a high-end travel destination with a major new project under its BLESS Collection Hotels portfolio.

The new property, BLESS Ibiza The Site, will form part of the evolving The Site Ibiza, a large-scale development positioning the island as one of Europe’s most ambitious luxury lifestyle hubs.

Located in Playa d’en Bossa, the project signals a shift in how Ibiza is being marketed globally – moving beyond its long-standing nightlife reputation toward a more refined mix of gastronomy, culture, wellness, and design-led hospitality.

A new vision of Ibiza

Once known primarily for club culture, Ibiza is increasingly attracting high-spending international travellers, particularly from the United States. The island is repositioning itself as a Mediterranean destination focused on experience-driven luxury.

BLESS Ibiza The Site will play a central role in that evolution. With 461 rooms, interiors by renowned designer Lázaro Rosa-Violán, and a strong emphasis on wellness and curated experiences, the hotel aims to deliver a more sophisticated, multi-layered stay.

The concept blends design, gastronomy, and lifestyle into a single destination – where guests can move seamlessly between hotel spaces, restaurants, cultural venues, and retail areas.

A gastronomic powerhouse

At the heart of The Site Ibiza is a high-end culinary hub featuring globally recognised chefs and restaurant brands.

Visitors will find concepts such as:

Hell’s Kitchen by Gordon Ramsay
StreetXO by Dabiz Muñoz
Restaurants by Dani García including Leña and Lobito de Mar
COYA, TATEL Ibiza, and the immersive dining experience Sublimotion

The diversity ranges from Mediterranean and Andalusian seafood to Peruvian cuisine and avant-garde street food, positioning Ibiza as a serious global gastronomic destination.

Expanding a global luxury brand

The Ibiza project is part of a broader international expansion strategy for BLESS Collection Hotels.

BLESS Ibiza Cala Nova (rebranded from this summer)

Upcoming openings include:

BLESS Hotel Barcelona in 2026
A luxury resort in Ninh Van Bay, Vietnam in 2027
A Milan property planned for 2029

At the same time, Palladium is expanding in the US, with the debut of its Only YOU Hotels brand near Times Square.

The addition of BLESS Ibiza The Site strengthens the broader transformation of Playa d’en Bossa into a fully integrated lifestyle destination, where hospitality, dining, art, fashion, and entertainment converge.
