Saudi Arabia is planning to launch two major real estate projects under the Trump brand with a combined value of around $10 billion, with construction expected to be completed within the next four to five years.

One of the developments, Trump International Golf Club, will be located near Riyadh in Wadi Safar, west of Diriyah. The project will cover an area of approximately 2.6 million square metres and will include a gated residential community, an 18-hole golf course, a luxury hotel, and branded residences. The site forms part of a broader push to transform the Diriyah area into a high-end cultural and lifestyle destination.

A second project, Trump Plaza, is planned for Jeddah. The mixed-use complex will feature residential apartments alongside office space, targeting both local buyers and international investors seeking exposure to Saudi Arabia’s expanding real estate market.

The developments will be delivered by Saudi companies Dar Global and Dar Al Arkan, in partnership with the US-based Trump Organization.

Dar Global said the projects align with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 programme, which aims to diversify the economy, reduce reliance on oil revenues, and attract foreign investment. The company also highlighted recent regulatory changes allowing foreigners, for the first time, to purchase property in designated areas of the kingdom – a move expected to boost demand for branded and luxury developments.

The Saudi announcement follows earlier plans unveiled in Dubai, where developers revealed a proposal for the Trump International Hotel & Tower, a 350-metre skyscraper scheduled to open in 2031. Together, the projects signal a renewed expansion of the Trump brand across the Middle East’s luxury real estate sector.
